All goodbyes are hard. But we don’t tie you in to long term contracts and understand that business needs change.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Billing section. Your subscription will end a month from your last payment.

Clicking on billing will take you to the Stripe payment page, and from here you can cancel your plan.

IMPORTANT: We will keep your data for 30 days after the end of subscription, just in case you change your mind. After that point, all data will be removed from the Tento+. If you did want to rejoin after that point, you would need to re-create all your devices again.
